Orders
50% deposit is required at time of order and the balance is due once the goods are in stock and a delivery is booked. All contact details are taken on placement of order which include home, mobile telephone number, address and e-mail address. Whilst we do not anticipate any problems with your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any point, this maybe due to payment authorization problems, unobtainable stock, pricing or product description error.
All personal data that is taken is securely kept and disposed of once the order has been delivered.

Description of products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We aim to ensure all the product descriptions are correct and stock availability changes daily. This can be checked by calling or e-mailing us. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible unfortunately products are subject to change and some products can be discontinued but we will be able to advise you of any changes when ordering.

Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The 50% deposit is required at time of order which is non-refundable. The balance of the order is required once the item is in stock and the delivery is booked. If paying by cheque the goods will not be ordered until the cheque has cleared and again if the balance is to be paid by cheque it will need to be processed before the goods are booked in for delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.

Returns
Once the 50% deposit is taken and the goods are placed on order unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded. Although we make every effort to ensure the goods are delivered to us
within 4-6 weeks we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds if the deliveries exceed these times. Although full contact with the customer will be given throughout.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

We strongly advise you to check the goods fully upon delivery before the delivery note is signed. Once this is signed the Living Room will accept no responsibility for faulty items. To protect your interests, any claim concerning damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery or at a later stage, must be notified within 7 working days by emailing
thelivingroomsurrey@yahoo.com or calling 01372 722119. We endeavor to resolve problem and replace the faulty goods as soon as possible. Delivery charges cannot be refunded but will not be charged for the replacement to be delivered.

Delivery
We offer a free local delivery service within 10 miles of Epsom. All other delivery charges are based on the mileage and the goods ordered. This can be quoted by either calling 01372 722119 or e-mailing thelivingroomsurrey@yahoo.com. We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum thus basing the cost on actual miles. The goods are delivered by ourselves and the pieces come fully assembled.

Furniture Delivery Disclaimer
We always try to offer the best service and are more than happy to deliver all the items to the rooms of you choice. Once delivered we will assess whether the item will successfully pass through the spaces. It is your responsibility to measure each piece of furniture and ensure that it will pass through all spaces within your home. Please check all measurements, height, widths and depths especially through passages, door ways, stairs and bends. Unfortunately we will not accept responsibility for deliveries received that cannot be delivered due to any of the above.
